Saagam Realty Pvt. Ltd. was established by Mr. Kiran Reddy in 2013 with the vision of becoming the most trusted real estate brand in India. The group primarily focuses on Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and is highly optimistic about growing its repertoire and becoming a national brand. Keeping this goal in mind, the company endeavours to complete 10 million sq. ft. of consolidated construction/development by 2025 with a revenue target of ₹ 3000 crores.

Mr. Kiran Reddy, the man behind the SAAGAM Group showed entrepreneurial instincts at an early stage of his life. Although he started his career as a Software Engineer with Wipro Technologies, Bengaluru, he quit that lucrative corporate career to pursue his calling. With his passion and sheer conviction, he joined the real estate industry. After donning several hats and understanding the nitty-gritties of the industry, he launched his first entrepreneurial endeavour SAAGAM Realty Pvt. Ltd. Then on, there was no looking back for him and the company grew year on year winning the trust of its customers. In 2017, the SAAGAM Group ventured into the food service industry by incorporating SAAGAM Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. The Company Operates food courts under the brand name Hungerhub in leading IT Parks. The group’s growth strategy and road map are prepared aiming to achieve a turnover of INR.5000 crores by 2025.
